The Drone4HER project addresses digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity to upskill pathways in adult education, especially by overcoming skills mismatch and addressing the needs of the professional gardeners working in the management and maintenance of historic gardens who need to upgrade their skills, to stay competitive and adapt to changes in the market. The project provides gardeners with digital competencies in support of their daily work and new employment opportunities.
The concrete objectives of the project are:
- To increase the capacity to apply digital technology to the traditional profession of gardeners working in historic gardens in Europe.
- To provide ad hoc digital material and online training courses to adult professionals working in historic gardens preservation and maintenance.
- To share the project results with the community of professional gardeners in Europe, especially the ones who worked with ERHG (P3) and other selected stakeholders
