Drone4HER shows its progress!

After its second monthly meeting, the partners of the Small Scale KA2 European Project have approved the graphic design of the project’s brand name and are advancing the research phase to complete the mapping analysis.

The brand image of the Project is meant to capture the four seasons’ colors of historic gardens as well as their natural dimension.

The first phase of the mapping analysis has involved the partners of the project in
designing the interviews with garden managers to identify their main areas of concern and interest in relation to the use of drones for garden maintenance and management.
This qualitative analysis will allow the partners to design the questionnaire that will be distributed to the historic gardens that are partners of the European Route of Historic Gardens Association as well as other historic gardens, and historic gardens
researchers.

The research phase will allow to create the framework for the learning materials and
tools to reskill and upskill the gardeners and the staff of the historic gardens based on
their real needs.

Drone4HER started on December 1st 2022 and will end on October 31st 2023. The Project counts with the collaboration of Tourism Development Collodi in Italy as the leader and with Telewander in Denmark and the European Routes of Historic Gardens Association in Spain, as partners.

The Project addresses digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity to upskill pathways in adult education, especially by overcoming skills mismatch and addressing the needs of the labor market of the professional gardeners working in the management and maintenance of historic gardens.
